The Drop Everything And Read (D.E.A.R) Programme

The British International Curriculum’s language of instruction is the English language, its backbone is reading, writing, comprehension listening and speaking. To effectively instill a reading culture in our learners we Drop Everything And Read (D.E.A.R) every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday for twenty minutes. This is also a Sunrise community activity (parents, learners, teachers, management, and other family members). Children learn by imitation and hence we all come together to set an example to our learners. This activity is conducted virtually.
